Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and professional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for open positions in our organisation.
Your goal will be to meet the company and its clients' needs, by finding candidates that match the open job positions and perfectly fit into the overall organizational culture of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaison with the team to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Define job descriptions and document specifications for candidates
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Create a candidate persona for each open position
- Conduct interviews on a regular basis
- Present shortlisted candidates
- Present detailed shortlisted candidate profile summaries
- Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Should be actively involved in the orientation process of new recruits
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR roles
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Good knowledge of candidate selection methods
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
- Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Knowledge of labour legislation
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Team player
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Managerial and leadership skills
- Establishing and maintaining meaningful, long-lasting professional relationships
