Job Description

We are seeking a Creative Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide range of creatives across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you should be capable of delivering creative ideas and show amazing attention to detail for a variety of media.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Bringing the briefs and concepts to life based on the client’s needs and vision.
• Conceptualise visuals based on requirements
• Present creative ideas and develop interactive designs
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using latest software's
• Use appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven 2-4 years of graphic designing experience
• Past work with one of the leading Digital Marketing Agencies is an added advantage 
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Strong ideas on the design trends on Social Media
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Adaptable to trends and conceptualisation of original ideas
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related fields is a plus
