Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to effectively manage their needs and preferences
  • Respond to client concerns or queries in a timely, informative, and professional manner
  • Calmly handle customer complaints and work to find solutions
  • Create new accounts and maintain client portfolios
  • Compile and update necessary documents
  • Prospect for new clients and coordinate initial meetings
  • Develop and foster growth within existing clientele
  • Frequently check-in with clients to confirm their satisfaction of services provided
  • Inform clients of any new available services or updates to existing ones
  • Exhibit expert knowledge regarding the products and services offered by the company
  • Work according to set standards and operating procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1-4 years experience as a client service associate
  • Should have worked with one of the leading Digital Marketing Agencies¬†
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and deadline driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Exceptional customer service skills
